My recent stay at the Turquoize at Hyatt Ziva was amazing. I was impressed by the beautiful resort and the seamless check-in process. The highlight of my stay was the very nice service provided by the staff. One evening, I dined at the Moongate restaurant and had the pleasure of being served by Marcos and Angel. They were great too make my evening lovely, providing excellent service with big smiles on their faces. The food throughout my stay was really good, especially at the breakfast buffet. I was kinda surprised by the wide variety of options and the efficiency in which the food was prepared and replenished. The resort also was great with its modern facilities and fine beach. I was particularly impressed by the peaceful and clean beach area, made for a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. I highly recommend the Turquoize at Hyatt Ziva for a luxurious and lovely stay.

Our stay at Turquoize At Hyatt Ziva was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and made us feel like VIPs. We were assigned a butler, who was always available through WhatsApp to help with any reservations or questions we had. The variety of food at the resort was very nice, with every meal being well-prepared and delicious. We especially enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect, except for the French restaurant where we had the most amazing tomahawk and lobster tail. The amenities at the resort were great, with a beautiful beachfront and great pool facilities. The nightly shows and events provided great entertainment. We also felt okay all time both at the resort and exploring Cancun itself. We even went on tours to Chichén Itza and deep-sea fishing, organized by excellent tour companies. I highly recommend Turquoize At Hyatt Ziva for an lovely vacation experience.

The resort accurately depicts online. Buffet food was varied and quick. The staff were attentive and friendly. The amenities and quality of rooms were excellent. The variety of bars, restaurants, and pool options kept us entertained. a great experience.

During our Christmas vacation, we really enjoyed the fine ocean view from our room. It was amazing. The size of our room and bathroom was also a plus, offering us plenty of space to relax and unwind. Another advantage was the friendly hotel staff, who made us feel special from the moment we arrived until our departure.

We were disappointed with the quality of the food at the hotel. The buffet offered a lot of variety, but the dishes were mostly dry and often served at a cold temperature.

The hotel staff made us feel special from the moment we arrived until our departure. Our butler was always available for any need/request, and even checked in on us daily. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were excellent, including multiple swimming pools and a beautiful spa. The location on the beach was perfect, with crystal clear blue water and a well-maintained beach area. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff throughout the hotel were excellent in their service.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with rose petals and champagne for special occasions. Excellent service is provided by friendly and attentive staff, including butlers who go above and beyond. The infinity pool and spa provide a serene and relaxing atmosphere. With a variety of entertainment options and activities, guests are sure to have an unforgettable stay.

There could be some small maintenance issues, such as shower seals needing improvement.

The staff were gracious and accommodating, fluent in English and helped us practice our Spanish. The variety of bars, restaurants, pools, and beach areas never got boring. The all-inclusive offered strong drinks and full portions.

The rooms are well-appointed, with amenities such as jacuzzis and attentive housekeeping service. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The hotel also offers a coffee shop, candy shop, and 24-hour snack bar, providing guests with plenty of choices for food and drinks throughout the day.

Some guests experienced difficulties with transportation and check-in, causing a rough start to their vacation.
